We want you to be happy with your purchase and love your new products as much as we do. If, for any reason, you’re unhappy with your purchase, please e-mail us at info@thecrystalhutstore.com, and we’ll do everything we can to help make you happy.

Shipping Policy

Free delivery on all orders over £30 or a set charge of £2 for all lower-priced orders.
We know you’ll want to receive your lovely purchases as quickly as possible, so all orders placed before 4 pm will be posted the same day. After 4 pm, we’ll have to pop in the post the following day.
We use Royal Mail for all deliveries, and, to help keep postage as low as we can, we’ll send your items second class.
